• Translate multi-year and high-level design goals into tangible, realized programs
• Establish new, systemic design processes for both emerging and holistic collaborative spaces
• Ensure a unified, impactful design story is delivered across the entire business portfolio

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 10 years of experience in product design or UX
• Experience in directly or indirectly leading and inspiring design teams
• Experience with iterative design processes and post-launch analysis
